A place that instantly puts you in a good mood. It’s a shop you walk into for one thing, and end up leaving inspired by everything. From really great coffee to small curated jewellery pieces and interesting specialty drinks.

15 years in hospitality have shaped a deep passion for wine, people, and dining experiences. I hold a leadership degree and a Level 3 WSET certification (Wine & Spirit Education Trust, an internationally recognised qualification focused on wine tasting, knowledge, and food pairing). I run my own wine tasting company, Donna Vino, where I create curated, storytelling-driven experiences for private guests, with a strong focus on unique Italian wines from small, often undiscovered producers. With a half-Italian background, I have a deep personal connection to Italy’s wine culture and a strong pass...

Skipper Bageri
The quality is consistently top-notch; everything is carefully made, fresh, and just really well executed. But what makes it stand out even more is the people. The staff are genuinely some of the kindest in town and they make the experience feel personal.
POPL
I’d pick their quinoa burger every single time for take out. To me, it’s honestly the only burger in Copenhagen where I’d actively prefer the vegetarian version over one with meat. It has so much texture, balance, and depth that you don’t miss anything.
Vinfar Bistro & Vinhandel
This is a hidden gem tucked away in a small alley on Amager, which already gives it that slightly secret, almost “if you know, you know” feeling. It has a very relaxed, unpretentious vibe, but the food really surprises you; simple in presentation, yet full of flavour!
Black Swan
This is one of those places I really love because it balances a professional, well-curated bar with a completely down-to-earth atmosphere. There are lots of great drinks choices and clear expertise behind the bar, but the setting stays relaxed and unpretentious.
ØsterGRO
This is a restaurant at its most honest. There’s a clear connection between what grows there and what ends up on the plate, and that link between place and food is really what makes it special. They never compromise on quality.
