On 4 June, we’ll be filling the long tables in Nordhavn with caviar. Together with Copenhagen Cooking and one of the world’s leading caviar producers, Rossini, we’re dedicating an entire evening to this exclusive and iconic ingredient. Michelin-starred chef Kamilla Seidler is in charge of the menu and will be reinterpreting this salty delicacy with her distinctive take on gastronomy. For just 495 DKK, you get a two-course meal and a petit four containing a total of 20 grams of caviar from Rossini. It will be possible to order both champagne and frizzante to accompany your dinner.
