Im Mille, I'm 25 years old and Amical was born from my love of cooking and bringing people together around the table. After years of working in kitchens, private dining across Denmark, and learning from talented chefs in Paris, I wanted to create something that felt truly my own.

With Amical, every menu reflects my own style of cooking – coming from my imagination but rooted in French technique, inspired by Nordic ingredients and Asian flavours, and always guided by the seasons. My hope is to create evenings that feel warm, relaxed and memorable, where good food and good company are equally important.
