DASHI MAKI: A juicy omelette cooked by Miho from @mochi2_tokyo . With a kombu and bonito broth that is mixed with eggs gives the omelette an extra-softness and a little bit of smokiness. SHOKUPAN: A fluffy Koji milk bread baked by Konomi @sveakko from @bagerietbrod . She uses rice and koji as a starter instead of yeast. This particular rice was grown by Miho's family in Chiba.
