Food for Thought

What happens when 3 chefs with different backgrounds, sommelier, and barista, all of whom attended MAD Academy courses on leadership and sustainability apply what they learned to dinner? An evening that satisfies more than hunger. Over the course of a delicious meal, we’ll examine some of the pressing issues around food, and ask ourselves and our dinners why it is so hard to change. This is a meal for everyone interested in the provocative conversations that emerge over a tasty dinner and a glass of great wine.
