This year's Christmas menu at KILDEN consists of classics with a twist and a touch of innovation; two kinds of herring, gravad salmon, fried smelt, smiling eggs & herbs, crispy organic roast pork with sugar pickled cranberries & pepper sauce, potatoes turned in sherry caramel & citrus salad with spruce & winter cabbage.
