Meet the wine producer: Strekov 1075 tasting at Josephine
About
Come and join Zsolt Sütő in a masterclass on Slovakian wines! On Thursday 13th of March we’ll be visited by Zsolt Sütő from Strekov 1075, thanks to our good friend Høtoft. Zsolt is located in Strekov, Slovakia and is a pioneer of Central & Eastern European natural wines. He cultivates 12ha of low-growing "bush" vines, forcing the roots to grow deep, making them less vulnerable to drought. This also means that he keeps yields extremely low, resulting in high-energy grapes and wines. But he’ll talk much more about that! Everyone is welcome, no matter if you're completely new to wine or an absolute master. Zsolt is a great teacher! We will be tasting 3 of Strekov's wines. The tasting will held in English. Start: 17:00 Duration: 1 hour Feel free to show up beforehand and order some food to complement the tasting. Event price per guest: 150 DKK
