Pop Up Kitchen

Excited to have @dondacph⁠ take over the kitchen at ÅBEN in August. DONDA is launching a new concept ‘DONDA BIBI’ at their Christianshavn location in 2025, and at ÅBEN you can can a preview and be the first one to try this new concept.⁠ ⁠ Focusing on seafood and vegetables with a South Asian twist, they are inspired by Indian and Sri Lankan cuisines, using locally sourced products. ⁠The pop-up menu combines dishes from the current DONDA and the upcoming BIBI.⁠ ⁠ The restaurant is open every Thursday-Saturday from 17.30-22.00. ⁠Book a table via link in bio.
