Join us for Roots & Blooms: A Vegan Turkish Night at Tilda & Karl, where Chef Ebrar will take you into the heart of Anatolian cuisine, reimagined through a plant-based lens. When many think of Turkish food, kebabs come first to mind. But the true richness of this cuisine lies far beyond the grill. From vibrant vegetable stews and fragrant olive-oil dishes to lentils, chickpeas, grains, and fresh herbs, Turkish cooking offers a world of flavours rooted in generosity and seasonality. Expect an intimate and comforting 3-course menu that celebrates Anatolian flavours, tradition, and creativity: • Fellah Köftesi: bulgur balls in a rich tomato-garlic sauce • Smoky Eggplant: roasted eggplant with tahini & lemon • Carrot & Beet Tarator: a plant-based twist on the classic mezze • Candied Pumpkin: slow-cooked & drizzled with tahini To finish: a sip of homemade herbal coffee liqueur or traditional Turkish coffee. 325 kr./person
