On June 18th, we’re handing over the kitchen to the incredibly talented @Ariana

With Italian and Middle Eastern roots, Ariana brings together the flavours and techniques of both cuisines in a menu that feels personal, generous and freaky delicious! Normally you'll find her at Bæst, but this evening she's cooking at Lipa – and we couldn't be more excited.

Menu:

Taramasalata with local radishes and turnips, served with bread and whipped confit garlic butter
Whitefish crudo with marinated peppers and fresh marjoram
Bacalà Mantecato (whipped salt cod on grilled polenta)
Chilled roast beef carpaccio with ravigote and horseradish cream
Matcha Basque cheesecake with raspberry compote
